Handling your Elysian Bespoke metal wall art

**Please wear safety gloves** – especially when first hanging and handling. Any gloves will do from marigolds to winter gloves but we would recommend diy handling gloves. This is firstly to protect your fingers from the possible sharp edges on the crushed glass of the metal wall art, but also because the oils in all our hands can tarnish the aluminium. The aluminium base of our metal wall art is sealed with a clear lacquer in the final stages of finishing, but its only a fine coat to protect whilst in place, it would spoil the grain and artistic effects we buff into the metal if we applied a thick varnish layer. So, keep bare hands off your metal wall art to protect the look for years and years!

Cleaning Your Elysian Bespoke Metal wall art

All our metal wall art pieces come with a final protective lacquer top coating, so the only care they require is a light dusting with a soft, dry cloth. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY SPRAYS OR CHEMICALS on your Elysian Bespoke metal wall art.

To give your Metal wall art piece a deep clean, you can actually hoover the main design with the soft bristle attachment, this is great for getting right into the glass and crystals, and will not harm your piece in any way. Just be a little more careful on the bare aluminium parts, don’t apply pressure in any one area, keep the hoover moving with gentle pressure.

Cleaning your Elysian Bespoke Resin Piece

The Resin pieces only need a light dusting with a soft dry cloth. For splashes or marks a wipe with a soft damp cloth, and finish with a soft dry cloth should remove it. Again as with the metal wall art pieces, DO NOT USE ANY SPRAYS / CHEMICALS or rub hard in any one spot, this will damage your beautiful handmade wall art.
