Are you the manufacturer of all the products on this website?
Yes. We make everything, by hand, to order. We hold small stocks of popular lines for quicker despatch.
Do the metal wall art pieces vary from the photos?
Each one is hand thrown, so each one is a unique version of that design. We do keep as near as possible to the original image. Colour wise items may vary depending on variables like computer screen setup etc. We offer free shipping and free returns for your piece of mind.
How heavy are the metal wall art pieces?
Our metal wall art is not as heavy as it looks!
The "Over-sofa" (150 x 40cm) size are 6 kilos and the Uber size (190 x 75cm) are 14kilos. These can be hung on any wall type, just make sure you have the correct fixings for your particular wall. Please feel free to contact us if you want specific advice on this.
Do the metal wall art pieces come with hangers?
Yes. Everything on our website comes ready to hang. Either a cord on pictures, "strap hangers" on heavier items, or artwork that looks at its best when hung flat to the wall. All you need is a picture hook, or a screw and plug that matches your wall type for added security.
Can I add or change the colour of the metal wall art?
Yes, everything we make is handmade, so we can change colours, or add a dash of a specific colour to a design. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Please note, we cannot accept returns for customised orders.
Can I change the size of the metal wall art?
Yes, please contact us with your sizes and we will give you a costing.
Can I have a custom design in the metal wall art?
Yes, these are hand made in house, so please contact us with your requirements and we can advise. Please note, any customized orders cannot be returned.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver FREE to any address on the UK mainland. If you live outside the uk mainland / abroad we can arrange for your products to be shipped to you, this will incur a shipping charge (at cost) Please contact us to arrange a quote.
HOW SOON CAN YOU DELIVER?
All of our products are hand made, to order, and have a realistic lead time displayed by product. Due to the nature of artwork, Some larger / fragile products have a longer lead time as we use a specialist carrier to hand deliver your item, to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition, first time.
WHAT IF NEED MY ORDER URGENTLY?
If we can, we will! Please contact us stating which piece / pieces you are interested in, and we will give you a specific delivery date / lead time.
DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?
We are able to offer a Saturday delivery service with a surcharge. Please contact us to find out more about arranging a Saturday delivery.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Very easy, we offer a no quibble satisfaction guarantee, you have 14 days to let us know. Contact us with the details, and we'll do the rest.
We will arrange for the item to be collected and then a full refund will be given.
Can I speak to someone to discuss my artwork?
Yes, our landline is 0330 1280954 we are more than happy to go through anything you need to discuss to get your order right first time. Or if you’d prefer contact us by email, or to request a call back, we will schedule it in.
DO YOU HAVE A GALLERY WHERE I CAN SEE THE WORK?
We specifically chose the online route as the easiest way for you to view the widest, and continually evolving range possible, so do not have a gallery open to the public. However you are welcome to visit our studio and manufacturing in York if you wish to see examples of our work. This is by appointment only, please contact us to arrange a visit.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 3 years.
Caring for your artwork
Metal wall art: The metal is "sealed" with a clear lacquer as its created, but it is always best to avoid touching / rubbing too heavily on the plain areas as the oils in your skin can leave finger prints. We advise wearing handling gloves whilst hanging your artwork simply to avoid fingerprinting it.General care of metal wall art - wipe with a clean dry cloth only. To remove dust you can hoover the artwork with a soft bristle attachment to get into all the "nooks and crannies" this is quite safe and will not harm your wall art.
Sensible precautions we advise are, make sure you secure your artwork to the wall using appropriate fixings. All our artwork comes “ready to hang” - with the correct fixings attached, but because every wall is different, we cannot supply screws / fittings for your particular wall.
We use the highest grade Epsom Ultra Chrome Pro inks on all our giclée printed media, giving the finest results which will remain colourfast for many years. Please do be aware though, that if hanging your artwork in direct sunlight, this will over time cause the artwork to fade.
One pitfall we occasionally see is heat from candles / incense burners on mantelpieces damaging the artwork, please keep these at a safe distance!
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO SIZE, FRAME, OR MOUNTING PRESENTATION ?
Yes, all our products are made by hand, to order, and so, can be made bespoke to your exact wishes.
You can choose to alter dimensions, frame, mounting style and more. Please Contact us with your requests.
CAN I GET OTHER ARTWORK TO COMPLIMENT MY ORDER?
Yes. Please contact us with your requirements and our design team will look into what complimentary items we can bespoke make for you.
Can I get bevelled mirrors to match my artwork order?
Yes, as we manufacture we can make bevelled mirrors in the following stock sizes:
