This Jackson Pollock inspired piece is a unique hand poured resin piece, created by Paul Marshall. These images are of the actual piece, so it is truly unique to you, a one off, and signed on the back.
This piece was created over several weeks, building up layer upon layer of rich and glossy black, gold and water clear resin lines, swirls and droplets, each one a record of creative activity and constant motion. Solid colours and fine mica powders are used to give different levels of translucency in the piece.
Paul has been in the art business for over 30 years and specializes in both metal and resin wall art. His pieces have been sold all over the world, and showcased at exhibitions including Maison Objet - Paris, and the International Furniture Show - @NEC, UK, & expo Dubai.
Lockdown was the ideal opportunity to spend time in the studio in York, Uk, refining his techniques and creating new designs. Inspiration comes from his love of being in, on, or around water, bringing flowing symmetrical designs.
This artwork has an aluminium base for strength and rigidity, backed with a 40mm carrier frame, which invisibly "floats" the artwork away from your wall creating a subtle shadow.

The piece measures 190 x 75 cm, and can hang either way. Weight wise this resin metal wall art is perfectly safe to hang on any style of wall, in total it weighs 14kg. Delivered with hangers fitted.
