This artwork is created by giclee printing the image onto a thin acrylic sheet, then applying gold leaf behind the image, by hand.
The rich, deep, regal blue inks comes to life with the gold leaf behind, and where the acrylic is clear, in relief, the gold pops through reflecting light and warmth.
The piece is completed in a deep rebate, high gloss, smoke/pewter Italian moulding, or if you prefer can be changed to a satin black.
